Established in 2021, Surfside Properties Indonesia was founded by Damien, Chris, and Sabahan (Han). With a track record of successful property transactions under their belt, the trio were approached by acquaintances seeking their help in selling their properties, leading to the formation of Surfside Properties.
The primary goal of Surfside Properties Indonesia is to help connect local landowners with potential investors and ensure a smooth ownership transition. How It Started
The three directors have been friends for nearly 20 years. Damien and Chris first met in the United States in the early 2000s, and shortly after, Chris moved to Indonesia. There, he built a life for himself, learned fluent Indonesian, and pursued his passions for surfing, photography, and investments.
Han and Damien met in Kuta, bonding over their shared approach to life and work. Han had already established a successful business in Bali before turning his focus to opportunities on his home island of Lombok, while Damien was working on making Indonesia his permanent home. Together, the three bring over 15 years of experience in the Indonesian property market.
